•   Lead and develop people and processes

•   Influence and ownership over financial management

•   Collaborate strategically with business development team

•   Efficient continuous quality improvement

Requirements:

•   BSN or MSN

•   Financial management experience

•   2 + years leading a hospice team

•   1 + year leadership experience
