The Cardiovascular Services department provides a comprehensive range of diagnostic and treatment services for heart and vascular conditions. As the Director, you'll be responsible for:

Leading and supervising a team of cardiovascular professionals, including nurses, technologists, and other staff.

Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand and enhance cardiovascular services.

Ensuring the highest quality of patient care by establishing and maintaining clinical standards and protocols.

Overseeing the budget and ensuring efficient resource allocation within the department.

Building strong relationships with physicians, cardiologists, and other healthcare providers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience strongly preferred.

Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, ideally within cardiovascular services.

Proven leadership and management skills with a strong track record of success in achieving results.

Excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Strong understanding of cardiovascular services and healthcare operations.

Commitment to patient-centered care and quality improvement initiatives.

Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice profession as required by law, regulation in the state of practice, or policy.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
