Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead Recruitment and Team Development: Oversee hiring processes, conduct training sessions, and evaluate team performance
Collaborate on defining and refining company objectives
Facilitate Data Accessibility: Forge strong relationships with various teams to ensure data comprehension and accessibility for informed decision-making
Strategic Planning: Drive the long-term vision for the Business Intelligence team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Data Quality Enhancement: Advocate for improvements in data quality, security, and performance, leveraging expertise to drive meaningful impact across the organization
Technical Problem-Solving: Address intricate technical challenges across the Salesforce CRM, Tableau, and ongoing data warehouse builds, applying analytical skills and technical proficiency to devise innovative solutions
Developer Functions: Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of reports, dashboards, data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytical solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to best practices and standards
Hands-On Development: Engage in hands-on development activities, including coding, scripting, and system configuration, to implement data solutions, develop custom applications, and address technical issues effectively
Data System Proficiency: Develop an intimate understanding of data systems, identifying areas for improvement and innovation to enhance overall data integrity and performance
Tool Selection and Utilization: Strategically select and utilize appropriate tools for data extraction, modeling, transformation, and interpretation, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness in data operations
Leadership in Data Operations: Lead and mentor a high-performing team responsible for data extraction, analysis, and pattern identification, guiding them towards achieving strategic objectives and delivering impactful outcomes
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; preference for a Master's degree
Experience in Healthcare Data Analytics: Possess 5-7 years of hands-on experience in healthcare data analytics, with a focus on Salesforce CRM reporting and analytics, Tableau visualization, and cloud data warehouse development
Leadership Experience: Demonstrate at least 3 years of experience in leadership roles, showcasing the ability to inspire and lead technical teams towards achieving strategic objectives
Can organize work, set priorities, and drive projects forward using agile methodologies
Familiarity with Scrum practices ensures efficient collaboration and iterative development cycles
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Tableau: Have 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce CRM reporting and analytics (Health Cloud a plus), coupled with expertise in Tableau for data visualization
Cloud Data Warehouse Proficiency: Exhibit 2-5 years of experience working with cloud data warehouse products like AWS Redshift, ensuring scalability and reliability of data infrastructure
Proficient in Microsoft DevOps and Agile Practices: Exhibit 2-5 years of experience working with Microsoft DevOps tools and practices to streamline development workflows
Understands the importance of continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and version control within an agile environment
Technical Expertise: Possess expertise in SQL, Python, or other relevant programming languages, demonstrating the ability to design and develop complex data solutions
Communication and Problem-Solving Skills: Showcase excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside strong analytical and organizational capabilities
Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a track record of problem-solving in diverse technical scenarios, with a focus on driving business outcomes through hands-on technical contributions in Salesforce, Tableau, and data warehouse development
