Pay Range: $85,098 To $101,179 Annually

OTE: $135,098 - $151,179 Annually

Pay Frequency: Biweekly

Position Hours: 40 Hours/Week

FLSA: Exempt

The Director of Business Development will be an experienced business development sales team leader, who will drive organic growth across our growing regional operations and national footprint. What you will do:

  • Lead and grow a team of Business Development Representatives to grow our residential investor clients
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to inform and set organic growth goals that are measurable, reasonable, and attainable
  • Embed, enhance, and extend PURE's vision of making the process of renting a home a simple and satisfying experience for all within the efforts of Business Development
  • Collaborate with Marketing to automate and scale outbound lead generation and effectiveness/attribution measurement
  • Collaborate with Operations and Marketing to drive churn-reduction strategies
  • Provide structured team performance measurement with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
  • Hunt for innovative strategies to continuously improve processes and reduce costs while driving PURE's organic revenue growth

What you will need to be successful:

  • 5+ years of experience within property management, or adjacent experience in real estate, mortgage, title, or insurance
  • Experience managing (and growing) a sales team of 10+, including incentive compensation plans and forecasts
  • Demonstrable experience leading teams with professional development and coaching to meet and exceed targets
  • Experience with designing, developing, and managing a Business Development tech stack that supports inbound, outbound, and nurture cycles
  • Experience at documenting and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies
  • Excellent writing skills for crafting sales messaging scripts that drive response
  • Experience with sales-focused tech stack applications such as Pipedrive, LeadSimple, Salesforce, Zapier, HubSpot, MailChimp, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo
  • Can comfortably wrangle CRM data: importing, de-dupping, and merging
