Description: Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Business Development Director whose primary responsibility is building business in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Ideal candidate will have the ability to identify and initiate new business opportunities, maintain key relationships with clients and partners, negotiating and closing business deals, and achieving or exceeding quotas around ServiceNow Services / Solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Take Ownership: Lead as a "Hunter" in developing and maintaining sales and account plan for ServiceNow Solutions for target territory; actively develop and execute sales strategies and tactics that result in exceeding sales goals
  • Make an Impact: Initiate, create, and pursue Sales leads and Prospective clients in the ServiceNow ecosystem; close new business deals by leading and coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts
  • Commit to Client Success: Develop trusted relationships with clients through fluency in the ServiceNow technology as it relates to a range of business issues to convert them into revenue generating opportunities; become a trusted advisor to our clients educating them about Solugenix ServiceNow offerings that address their business needs
  • Put Team Above Self: Support ongoing Marketing activities related to Solugenix ServiceNow offerings, including producing blog content, webinars, and delivering client presentations; ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and delivery quality are maintained, serving as a client escalation point as required
  • Do the Right Thing: Engage with industry leaders to develop the ServiceNow solutions that will position Solugenix as a leader in the industry; communicate effectively to leadership the status of your business, leveraging CRM tools, sales plans, and other tools as necessary

Who You Are
  • Minimum 4 years of experience selling ServiceNow solutions (CSM and FSM) for a premier or elite ServiceNow partners (highly preferred)
  • Existing field level relationship in the ServiceNow ecosystem Successful experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients in the ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business, build relationships, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-Level relationships Experience working in or with technology industry, professional services firms Experience leading multiple concurrent sales cycles from opportunity identification through closure
  • Proven track record of at least 3 contiguous years of achieving or exceeding quota
  • Exceptional client relationship skills and demonstrated experience developing consultative, influential relationships with executives and other key stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, make timely decisions and drive behavioral change
  • Problem solver with the ability to switch seamlessly between critical thinking and tactical execution within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration or technology related field preferred, or equivalent experience
