What you will do
- You'll lead a team of Business Controllers and Financial Analysts spanning the US and Latin America.
- You'll work closely with the Americas Management Team to drive growth and profitability, taking charge of financial management in the region.
- Serving as the primary liaison between the Americas, SBUs, and UPM's global Finance and Control organization, you'll ensure seamless collaboration on finance-related matters.
- You'll streamline finance processes in the region by partnering with UPM Global Finance Process teams.
- You'll provide financial insights for strategic decision-making, oversee business control activities, support sales management in maximizing profitability, implement pricing best practices, optimize working capital usage, and uphold compliance with local laws and UPM's standards.
