Job Details

Position Summary: Manages all aspects of projects from conception through completion. Leads project teams, oversees scheduling and budgeting, and serves as main client contact.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Independently manages multiple medium to large projects from start to finish.
  • Assembles project teams, assigns tasks, and oversees team members. Collaborates with leadership on staffing decisions.
  • Develops and monitors project scope, schedule, budget, and resource needs.
  • Presents project status updates and deliverables to clients for approval.
  • Directs production of studies, reports, designs, drawings, specifications, and other contract documents.
  • Oversees permitting, bidding, and construction processes.
  • Supervises 2-8 employees and consultants. Conducts performance reviews.
  • Handles complaints and resolves issues.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field. Licensed architect preferred.
  • 8+ years of project management experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of architectural design and consultant roles.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Leadership, team building, and problem solving skills.
  • REVIT/BIM knowledge highly desired.
  • Experience managing medium to large projects through all phases.
  • Registered Architect is highly preferred
