The Innovative Health Engagement & Advocacy organization connects teams across development to novel capabilities and solutions, unleashing the potential of innovation to drive broader access to innovative medicines, and enrich the healthcare experience for all. As the Director, within IHE&A, you will be responsible for deploying the value and adoption framework across an invigorating pipeline of innovative capabilities and solutions. The identified leader will improve value delivery and foster long-term adoption of identified solutions. This role ensures alignment of launch strategy and execution to drive efficiency; increase value socialization; consistency and best methods across a portfolio of dynamic capabilities within the IH innovation lifecycle. The leader serves as a key partner to enable Global Development activation, value realization and acceleration, whilst creating the strategy for thought leadership. In addition, they will act as an internal launch consultant to Global Development (GD), R&D, and beyond, bringing launch expertise to pressure test launch plans, elevate and amplify value stories, and drive maximized organizational adoption of new capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Build the foundation required to ensure consistency in approach to project launch excellence when engaging with GD partners and beyond, inclusive of value-driven onboarding plans, continuous improvement/feedback loop processes, and business success plans. Establish a comprehensive internal engagement and communications framework that drives education and adoption of new innovative initiatives (discovery, strategy, storytelling, engagement, and analysis). Elevate IHE&A storytelling and community building capabilities to ensure high engagement from GD, R&D, and partnered collaborators across the innovation lifecycle. Establish content creation capabilities, templates and channel distribution strategy. Capture and interpret internal and external insights, trends, and predictions. Clearly articulate and communicate the vision of the IHE&A and how each initiative will transform the organization. Be responsible for crafting, coordinating, overseeing, and providing guidance to the impacted teams throughout the innovation lifecycle to embed and embrace launch excellence strategy and tactics. Create compelling initiative, project and portfolio-based narratives, value propositions, and comprehensive launch plans. Monitor and analyze portfolio level value delivery, including organizational readiness, business satisfaction, adoption and activation. Advance risk to portfolio level value realization, adoption and activation against plan, with proactive and strategic risk mitigation deployment. Partner with the IHE&A Early Innovation team to identify industry trends on similar innovation initiatives, and craft the external thought leadership strategy to elevate Johnson & Johnson's reputation as the leader in transforming drug development. Provide regular reports and updates to partners on project status, risks, and progress towards diversity goals. Work closely with internal and external partners to cultivate relationships and support diversity initiatives. Stay up to date with industry best methods, regulations, and guidelines related to diversity in clinical trials to help communicate key messaging across the organization.
