The Director, Field Reporting, will lead the Field Reporting team, including Regeneron FTEs and contractors. They will be accountable for the delivery, support, troubleshooting, enhancement, and long-term strategy of the reporting suite, known as "Navigator", supporting the Commercial Field Sales and Reimbursement teams.
This role will require developing strong partnerships with Commercial Business Unit (CBU) stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and vendors.
Typical Day Might Look Like This:
Lead the Field Reporting team in designing and delivering industry-leading Field Reporting solutions for Regenerons Commercial teams
Partner with broader I&A leadership to provide vision, road-map and roll-out to further automate the Field Reporting team with ultimate goal of better focusing team on high-value deliverables
Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders in Commercial Marketing and Sales leadership, Insights & Analytics, and other cross-functional partners
Develop people from both a functional skills and leadership perspective, with the goal of growing internal talent
Partner with field teams to identify business objectives, strategies, and key initiatives
Design & share plan for how and when to report insights, including the specific data sources, tools, and the appropriate strategic KPIs
Identify optimal reporting solutions, including evaluations of self-service delivery options
This Position Might Be for You If:
Partner with field teams, IT, legal/compliance and technology partners on prioritization and design of new reports and enhancements
Lead the execution of comprehensive project plans.
Own vendor relationships, including vendor selection and directing deliverables.
Troubleshoot reporting anomalies, identify the source, implement solution, and communicate to users
Oversee the cross-functional coordination of the quarterly Ops process, and the Field Data support team (to answer field inquiries regarding the reports)
Continually optimize reports, partner with field teams to proactively uncover further unmet needs, business changes and potential challenges, establishing new reporting plans
Maintain a line of sight to industry benchmarks regarding best practices in field reporting, integrate into Regeneron's standard field reporting practices where applicable
To be considered for this opportunity you must have a BA/BS required, MA/MS preferred and a minimum of 12 years in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or healthcare-related industry. A minimum of 5 years supporting reporting and/or analytics functions. New drug and indication launch & sales force expansions experience. Managing teams (direct reports), including development planning and coaching. Supporting biologic drugs within Oncology, Ophthalmology and Immunology or specialty pharmaceuticals. Deep knowledge and hands-on working experience with IQVIA data (e.g., Xponent PlanTrak, DDD), 867 trade data, SPP and Patient Hub data (dispense and patient status). Use of business intelligence and reporting solutions (e.g., Tableau, SAS, Qlik, SQL). Knowledge of compliance rules governing reports to support Field Sales and Reimbursement teams. Experience in multiple therapeutic areas with both Rx and Buy & Bill brands is preferred. Experience with other sales force effectiveness functions, such as field incentive compensation, size and structure, alignments, deployment, and/or customer targeting is preferred. Alliance or co-promotion experience strongly preferred. Experience on client (vendor management) and consulting side is preferred.
