The Team

We are looking for an accomplished, collaborative, and creative analytics professional to join the Advanced Analytics and Customer Insights team, supporting Fidelity's Digital Channels. Your subject matter expertise in analytics will play a critical role in optimizing a personalized digital experience for Fidelity's clients.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 10+ years of proven experience influencing strategic business decision making through analytics and insights
  • Highly skilled with digital analytics tools (eg, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Contentsquare), database querying (eg, SQL, Snowflake), and data visualization (eg, Tableau, Kibana)
  • Outstanding verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of programming languages (Python, R) a plus
  • MBA or an MS degree in a quantitative/technical field such as Engineering, Economics, Statistics a plus
  • Proven track record presenting to senior executives-delivering meaningful insights through data and presenting sophisticated analyses and research findings in a simple, clear, and meaningful way
  • Immediately able to deploy industry leading analytics and research approaches
  • Exemplify passion for your work, operating with a sense of purpose that motivates the entire team
  • Natural intellectual curiosity and initiative for learning new skills and capabilities

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).
