KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Infrastructure Project Advisory (Oil & Gas) in Infrastructure and Projects Advisory for our Deal Advisory practice. Responsibilities: Direct and manage assessments of large-scale capital projects, including review of budgets, costs, estimates and forecasts Oversee infrastructure technology engagements and support infrastructure system implementations engagements Evaluate and develop internal controls associated with the management and reporting of capital projects Manage construction contract audits and performance reviews for a wide variety of clients; assist in the review, analysis and summary of construction claims and audits; handle engagements, including interviews, data collection, analysis and work paper documentation Conduct business process assessments relative to leading practices and develop business processes for the successful execution and management of large capital projects; manage and lead the setup and oversight of PMOs for large-scale capital programs and projects, large scale transformations of construction governance and process controls Lead key business development activities including targeting key clients, developing client relationships and leading active opportunity pursuits Qualifications: Minimum ten years of recent experience in either engineering, construction or project management related fields (Oil and Gas industry preferred) Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Engineering (PE preferred), or Construction Management (PMP preferred) and/or degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or CPA candidate with related experience in construction/infrastructure Experience with large (one hundred million dollars or more) construction and infrastructure projects, managing multiple client engagements and demonstrated ability for developing relationships with clients; experience effectively managing staff and delegating work Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI; strong documentation, records retention and work paper organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills; self-starter with the ability to work independently, take initiative, demonstrate a willingness to learn and have a positive attitude Willingness and ability to travel Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future KPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
