Job Description: Join Fidelity Health's new and rapidly expanding Fidelity Medicare Services (FMS) business. This team provides objective planning and advice to help Fidelity and non-Fidelity customers select and purchase coverage that meets their needs. As a member of the Planning and Advice Leadership Team, you will have the opportunity to help build and grow a business that could impact millions of customers. ROLE MAY BE LOCATED ANY ANY REGIONAL SITE OR REMOTE The Role: Medicare Advice & Planning Director will demonstrate the ability to effectively lead an experienced high performing team of licensed Medicare Advisors. The Director will have deep knowledge of Medicare, regulatory requirements, compliance, and general quality assurance process for agents. The Director will have a history of achieving sales goals while maintaining high quality assurance standards. This will be done by providing oversight of the policies, objectives, and initiatives focused on achieving goals for customer experience and growing the customer base. The Expertise We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience. A track record of building high-performing, diverse, and collaborative teams Demonstrated ability to build strong team cultures with a growth mindset, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and providing effective professional development. A health insurance license - or the ability to acquire one upon accepting the role. 5-7 years of dynamic experience in sales and sales leadership Experience working and collaborating across business functions. Experience managing a sales-oriented call center The Skills You Bring Leadership: Effectively lead, develop, and manage a sales team with remote and hybrid associates.
