Epsilon is seeking a Director of Client Engagement to join our team of bright thinkers and doers. You will orchestrate delivery of our products and services to our clients. Moving from product-centric teams to functional service teams adds complexity and requires greater attention to the way you will engage clients. You will drive client outcomes and value through day-to-day partnership with clients and internal teams. You will lead orchestration and integration of Epsilon teams, products, and services to deliver contracted work in a more consistent manner across functional teams.

You enjoy working with both clients and delivery teams, connecting the dots, and managing both internal and external expectations. You will have the ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships internally and externally.

  • Work together to win together:The Director, Client Engagement will report to the Vice President, Client Engagement and work with both clients and internal teams to drive collaboration and alignment between Sales, Client Services, and Delivery organizations throughout the client lifecycle, as a vocal leader of the Client Engagement.
  • Innovate with purpose:We lead orchestration and integration of Epsilon teams, products, and services to deliver contracted work in a more consistent manner across functional teams.

  • Impact: You'll have a seat at the table; you'll partner closely with internal and external stakeholders orchestrating delivery of products and services to align to key Client initiatives.
  • CareerGrowth: If successful, the Director, Client Engagement may experience advancement to larger and more impactful Client initiatives. Also, you may have an opportunity to level up to a Senior Director role helping to oversee delivery on a wider scale.

Who You Are

  • What you'll bring with you:
    • Strong experience driving scalable, repeatable processes, improvement, quality measures and governance that ensure excellence in delivery of client solutions and retention of business.
    • Experience orchestrating across delivery teams to deliver products or services for clients with ability to translate and adjust expectations between internal and external teams and manage overall client margin to original contract.
    • Experience facilitating communication between the client, project team and other stakeholders. Contributing to knowledge sharing and lessons learned within the organization.
    • Experience leading within a large, multicultural, and "matrixed" organization that is geographically dispersed and providing timely performance feedback.
    • Strong skills at relationship-building, cross-organizational partnering, and driving results through influence and negotiation.
  • Why you might stand out from other talent:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
    • 10+ years of relevant work experience.
    • 2-3 years managerial experience
    • Martech and/or Adtech experience (i.e. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud)
    • Understanding of clients/industries supported and apply business offerings at the management level.
    • Strong skills at relationship-building, cross-organizational partnering, and driving results through influence and negotiation.
    • High acumen of service operations, contracting, and financials.
