Director, Product Marketing (Bothell, WA)

The Director of Product Marketing is a pivotal role in the General Imaging Segment of the Ultrasound Business Unit and drives creation of solutions from idea to market. This role is required to have deep expertise in market segmentation, product strategy, competitive strategy, and product development.

Your role:

  • Lead the definition and execution of the clinical and sales marketing and communication strategy for General Imaging Ultrasound.
    • Manage the General Imaging Ultrasound marketing budget.
    • Contribute to value proposition creation and product development.
    • Engage with Key Opinion Leaders for clinical, operational, and economical claims and marketing activities.
    • Lead the selection and organization of key events and conferences to engage with our target audience.
  • Develop and maintain a needs-based customer segmentation for the respective solution across global markets (supported by Market Intelligence).
  • Develop world-class marketing collateral and sales enablement toolkits in partnership with agencies and regions that clearly communicate the value of our offerings and drive customer needs into our product roadmaps.
  • Support Business Category leader in developing strategy, operating mechanisms, and structure to drive execution and deliver sustainable growth and results.

You're the right fit if:

  • You've acquired 10+ years of marketing experience, with medical device experience preferred.
  • Your skills include:
    • Knowledge of marketing data and targeting techniques, SEO/SEM and Analytics (preferred).
    • Developing creative and innovative marketing strategies with a commitment to delivering measurable results.
    • A proven ability to manage projects to successful completion.
  • You have a bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
  • You are tenacious, and driven towards achieving business objectives. You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent project management and collaboration skills.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $160,720 to $275,520 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
