Looking for a hands-on architect to work on Workplace Investing Reporting and Analytics modernization. We use data and analytics to optimize Client experiences and develop solutions that help our clients meet their customer/employee needs. To support that mission, we are in the process of building next generation Reporting & Insights experiences. In this role, you will understand the business needs and constraints in the current on-premises analytics environment and will work on the exploration of new technologies and methodologies to address specific challenges and opportunities. You will collaborate with enterprise architects, business, and IT stakeholders to provide guidance in implementing the Cloud based reporting and analytic solution that meets the current and future needs of our clients.
The Expertise we're looking for.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a technology related field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, IT, etc.) id required.
- Demonstrated a solid experience in data visualization, data security, and the ability to design, develop and implement BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, etc. that enhance decision making process across the organization.
- A minimum of 4+ years of Cloud data analytics architecture and solutions.
- Experience with migrating enterprise reporting solutions from one platform to another and/or AWS or Azure BI cloud service offerings
- Experience with embedded reporting solutions and end-to-end security.
- Experience in relational (Oracle and PostgreSQL are desirable) and data warehouse technologies.
- Strong understanding of Dimensional and OLTP data modeling techniques.
- Demonstrated technical leadership in designing and building highly scalable data analytics solutions.
- Ability to analyze cost and performance in a data solution or pattern and recommend improvement for optimization.
- Nice to have development experience with Java, Python and Angular
- Nice to have experience in Cloud data services such as Snowflake, AWS RDS etc.
- Relevant certification in public cloud services (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure, PowerBI, Tableau) is highly desirable.
