Position Summary What you'll do This role will be responsible for Patient Acquisition and Growth in our Central Markets and must be located in either the Dallas or Houston Texas Markets. Coaches and leads a team of sales professionals to achieve patient acquisition targets. Leads team members to align daily with operations and clinical leadership and meet operational financial objectives. Translates national patient acquisition goals to the local execution steps necessary to meet sales plans. Conducts clinic visits and provides feedback to sales professionals and other parties to drive sales performance. Advocates for Walmart Health in all geographies and serves as an ambassador for the mission of quality care. Leads team training programs and ensures team members have the tools necessary to be successful in the field. Leads and manages all reseller and referral partnership relationships. Leads and manages the sales and marketing training, management, tracking, motivation, and planning within an assigned market. Collaborates cross-functionally to ensure the timely and successful execution of sales strategies and success drivers and scales those drivers across assigned geographies and beyond. Partners with the Sales Operations Director and Strategy Director to be the "last mile" of patient acquisition. Builds and nurtures relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry . Drives the growth of channel sales, leveraging existing partnerships and exploring new opportunities. Ensures team members comply with all sales activities. Works closely with Walmart Legal and Compliance teams to follow all applicable guidelines (for example, CMS regulations). Ensures that all sales management tools are utilized by each clinical liaison within an assigned market. Deploys, recommends, and executes marketing opportunities. Provides overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices; analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; determining and supporting resource requirements; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; promoting a customer environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning. Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps; recruiting, selecting, and developing talent; supporting mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning; and leveraging the capabilities of new and existing talent. Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices; developing consequences for violations or non-compliance; and supporting the Open Door Policy. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related area. 7 years' experience in healthcare, provider growth, marketing/loyalty/subscription, business strategy/consulting, or related area. 5 years' experience leading cross-functional teams and partnering cross-functionally. General Lines Insurance License for assigned markets. Prior work experience with insurance brokers and performing to sales goals in a business-to-consumer environment.
