As a member of the FP&A team you will be an integral member of Burson's Global HQ finance team reporting to the Global Head of FP&A, Client Finance. You will be responsible for providing critical analysis and insights to help drive business decisions. In addition, you will be working and communicating with regional finance teams around the world.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage the financial forecasting process, including preparing in-depth analysis and presentations.
  • Manage and enhance reporting, financial models, and analytics to keep pulse of KPI's.
  • Proactively lead the creation and development of analysis and presentations for executive management.
  • Manage the monthly and quarterly review of reporting and explain key impacts in verbal and written communication.
  • Partner with key business owners to develop insightful, actionable, and accurate financial analysis.
  • Build key business reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Worldwide Headquarters Finance group, including regional finance teams in Asia-Pacific, EMEA, Latin America, and North America regions.
  • Perform ad-hoc reporting to drive financial results and/or based on immediate need.

What you'll need:

  • 7+ years in corporate finance and/or FP&A.
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills with a flexible interpersonal style to clearly present ideas both verbally and in writing.
  • Proven ability to connect all data points and then clearly present the big picture.
  • Comfortable to converse/debate financial objectives and projects with other financial leaders.
  • Proactive in bringing ideas to the table.
  • Ability to work independently and/or part of a team to complete multiple projects on time.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, including excel and VBA/macros.
  • Experience in Visualization deployments (Power BI or Tableau) a plus.
  • Strong experience in financial reporting systems (SAP BFC, Hyperion, Oracle, etc.).
  • Understanding of basic accounting concepts and principles.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $75,000 to $180,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
