About the Director Accounting Policy role
- The Director Accounting Policy will be fully involved in researching, maintaining and making recommendations on new accounting pronouncements.
- Research STAT Accounting pronouncements.
- Implemented new accounting pronouncements and provide technical guidance on transactions such as M&A and tax.
- Ongoing monitor and communicate new accounting standards to the group.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications for the Director Accounting Policy:
- CPA is required.
- Experience working in the insurance industry as a technical accounting professional.
