Position Overview: Concordia Group is seeking an experienced Directional Boring Operator for a traveling role across multiple states. The successful candidate will operate a Universal directional boring machine to facilitate the installation of underground telecommunications infrastructure. This position requires flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:- Travel to project sites across Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, Colorado, South Dakota, North Dakota, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
- Operate Universal directional boring equipment to install underground conduit and fiber optic cables according to project plans and specifications.
- Conduct pre-operation equipment checks and routine maintenance as needed.
- Ensure proper alignment and depth control during drilling operations.
- Coordinate with project managers and team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Complete required documentation and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:- Proven experience operating Universal directional boring equipment or similar machinery.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in various locations across multiple states.
- Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and installation methods preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and maps.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to established safety guidelines.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
