We are currently seeking to expand our Direct Customer Service team and are looking for someone to fill the entry level position of our Direct Customer Service Specialist.
Position Responsibilities:

Follow up directly with specific client customers with the intention of establishing lasting relationships

Be able to answer any customer questions and recommend products and services that may be of interest

Receive daily training in order to stay up to speed with client products, promotions, and goals

Cross train with the marketing and sales teams to become well-versed in all fields to be able to grow and take on leadership roles

Close sales when necessary, making sure to keep a detailed record of all customer communications
