Digital Unit Verification Lead ( Manhattan Beach, CA )
12 Month Contract

Pay Rate: $60-70/hr W2

The person selected for this role will be responsible for coordinating and leading the planning of a Digital Unit across COTS Emulator, Ground Unit, and Flight Unit.
Additionally, the selected person will be required to Integrate hardware, software, test set, and system engineering plans to generate a consolidated plan for execution. They will be responsible for leading the execution of both test and verification phases for the hardware. The ideal candidate will be an experienced digital engineer who has worked on the verification and validation of a space digital unit.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Unit level requirements development, management, and flow down, and coordination with system engineering.
Generation of verification and test plans for digital board and units.
Generation of verification artifacts necessary to sell off space hardware.
Lead unit verification efforts, test-set requirements development, environmental testing definition.
Support subsystem level Integration & test.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in STEM from an accredited institution and 9+ years of experience in an Engineering environment; OR, a minimum of 7+ years of experience with a
STEM Master's degree
Previous experience in the verification of digital hardware for Aerospace applications
Hands-on lab experience with electronic hardware
Candidate must be willing to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Government security clearance.
