Digital Media Ad Operations Specialist

Our client is a full-service media and advertising agency with 50+ years, providing leading content and marketing opportunities across to the luxury real estate community. They compile, develops, prints and distributes more than 20 publications a year, including its namesake magazines, branded magazines and private-label publications. They are the leader in high-end print, online publications, social and direct communications.





This candidate is accountable for executing impactful digital and print ad experiences across our global ecosystem media platforms, co-branded and private label partnerships. We are looking for someone who can come in and drive improvements and impacts. This will be both in terms of applying ad standards, and sharing with the team tagging, trafficking, data, and measurements to drive existing and new campaign efficiencies and customer success.

The ideal candidate for this role would be a dynamic person, comfortable working cross-functionally, who can manage capacity planning, operational excellence, process improvement, and competing deadlines and priorities. To excel in this critical role, the candidate should be confident and assertive, and capable of leading the charge in elevating our advertising products, new ad developments, and ongoing projects. This is a hyrid role (3 days in Charlotte NC office) The salary range is $45,000 - $60,000 plus bonus/benefits.

You will be responsible for developing motivating, and mentoring a media operation and buying team, overseeing different print, digital, direct media executions and placements - driving quality, consistency, and communications in all deliverables and experience. Oversee the sales coordination team members with their respective client direct conversation, content collection and performance reports. Manage our account-based marketing activities, specifically responsible for creating and executing our direct email sales communications, promoting new incentives, book closings and online promotions. Manage the evolution of our advertising products, deliverables and pricing - supporting our publishing pipeline, including content distribution and data asset management strategies. Influence and c collaborate cross-functionally with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels of the company to establish priorities, determine tradeoffs, and manage risks for Digital Operations initiatives and deliverables. Develop and enforce digital operations standards to meet the needs of our diverse product categories, customer channels, and marketing program needs.


Main Duties / Required:


B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Advertising or related field

Agency experience highly preferred

3+ years of experience working with trafficking systems, tagging tools and data mining / reporting functions in excel, or other similar tools. (CM, DCM, DFP, Flashtalking, Innovid, IAS Google Analytics, Adobe tools, TMS, VIQ)

Candidate must have strong management capabilities, both operationally (to ensure that tasks such as reporting & trafficking are completed on time and accurately) as well as strategically (to ensure that guidance is given to all teams on how to enhance the product as the account matures)

A good command of MS Excel, including formulas and tables.

Must have ability to learn new processes and technology quickly.

Candidate must have a strong attention to detail and be able to quality check their work to ensure that data anomalies/mistakes are caught prior to delivery of the reports to the client teams.

Candidate must be outgoing and able to integrate with a fast-paced digital planning team.

Should be extremely detail oriented.
