Digital Marketing Specialist

Chosen candidate will be responsible for developing a strong web presence by initiating and developing fresh stories and ideas that will help consumers become familiar with our product. Candidate will develop persuasive communications including original video, blog and social media content, and impactful calls to action on all media to increase click-thru rates and drive traffic to websites. Experience with video production and copywriting a must.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content for blog articles to support the department

• Ongoing research and reading to keep on top of trends that will help copywriting, SEO, video,

• and social media interactions with our target audiences

• Produce custom videos about products and processes on a weekly basis

• Develop original and targeted marketing campaigns for the promotion and sales of our products

• Quick learner, capable of multi-tasking and completing projects under deadlines

• Monitor and maintain YouTube channels

• Create and monitor organic and paid social media campaigns, report on ROI

• Handle online public relations

• Create engaging content for blog articles to support the department

• Ongoing research and reading to keep on top of trends that will help copywriting, SEO, video,

• and social media interactions with our target audiences
Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing

• Video production experience REQUIRED - scriptwriting, filming, editing

• Social media campaign experience

• Experience with social analytics

• Strong research and creative writing skills

• Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills

• Experience developing digital content

• Knowledge of web usability standards and practices

• Ability to develop original content for websites and blogs

• BA in Advertising/Public Relations, English, or Writing preferred

• Spanish bilingual highly preferred
