Digital Forensics Lab Lead Engineer with Security Clearance

About the Job: CALNET has a requirement for a Digital Forensics Lab Lead Engineer - to support an OIG contract in Washington, DC. The Digital Forensics Lab Lead Engineer will support the OIG INV DFAU help build, maintain, and operate a standalone digital forensic network that supports computer forensic activities around the country and requires technical support for its infrastructure and software. In this role, the Digital Forensics Lab Manager will be primarily responsible for the stability and modernization of the computers, servers, network, and software. The role will also work with a team of part-time support staff to manage resources, monitor availability and performance of key services, implement improvements, and ensure compatibility between architecture and necessary software products. Qualifications Preference of Bachelor's degree in digital forensics, cybersecurity, or another IT-related field.
Five (5) years of experience or equivalent work experience performing digital forensic analysis, with some leadership responsibilities, implementing a variety of the following:
Nuix Investigate, Magnet Axiom, Graykey, Cellebrite, Passware, Penlink, Advanced Digital Forensics (ADF) Triage
Windows-based operating systems
Cisco-based network infrastructure Back-up configuration management
System lifecycle refresh processes
System design documentation and standard operating procedure development
