Position Summary: The primary purpose of the job position is to prepare food in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures and as may be directed by the Dietitian and/or Food Service Supervisor to ensure that quality food service is provided at all times. All duties are completed by utilizing the Five Pillars (People, Service Excellence, Clinical Excellence, Financial Excellence and Growth).
