Job Description:
Tray Line, Meal Service, and Food Cart Distribution - portions hot/cold food items onto trays monitors temps, loads meals into food carts for distribution, delivers food carts to teams
Safety and Sanitation - cleans and sanitizes production area, dining room, kitchen equipment and kitchenware, diet office, bathroom, etc.
Assists with Production Cooking - under direct supervision, assists with preparing, portioning, seasoning and cooking all menu food items
Production Cooking - prepares meals using standardized recipes, written instructions, portion sizes, production sheets, food safety guidelines, and a variety of commercial food service equipment.
Assures food is attractive, appetizing, and at proper temperatures
