Dietary Aide

Responsibilities:
- Assist in food production and preparation in the dietary department
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure meals are prepared accurately
- Serve meals to residents and guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Adhere to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a dietary aide or in a similar role is preferred, but not required
- Strong time management skills to ensure meals are prepared and served on schedule
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with residents, guests, and team members
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
