Operate the Die Cutter Machine
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow and adhere to IQMS schedule
- Bring pallet of sheets from the staging area to load the skids into the Bobst
- Scan all pallets into IQMS
- Successfully load and unload the skids into the feeder station of the Bobst
- Perform changeovers in a timely manner
- Set up, run and check die cutting of sidewalls and lids
- Perform quality checks as needed and make the necessary adjustments
- Maximize production
- Detail write up of production along with notifying the supervisor of any issues
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance of Bobst
- Load and unload the Skid Turner/Aerator
