Alliance Care Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dialysis RN Nurse to join our team in Irvington, New Jersey. As a Dialysis RN Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dialysis treatment to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Administer dialysis treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Monitor patients during dialysis treatment and assess their response to therapy.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about kidney disease, dialysis treatment, and self-care techniques.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
- Minimum of 18 months of inpatient/in-center dialysis experience providing dialysis treatment.
- Valid RN License in the State of New Jersey.
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
