DIALYSIS LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a state licensure to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• 1+ Year Dialysis Experience
• Strong Attention to Detail and Work Ethic
• Previous Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility Preferred
