Devsecops Engineer with Security Clearance

Description SAIC has an opening for a DevSecOps Engineer in Colorado Springs, CO to support the United States Space Force National Test and Training Center - Digital to conduct unit verification and validation testing. NOTE: This position is fully onsite in Colorado Springs, CO. JOB DESCRIPTION: Implement and improve CI/CD tools integration/operations, and full automation of CI/testing Develop, scale, implement control strategies, standards, guidelines, governance of Continuous Integration systems Join the ongoing design, implementation, and preservation of systems and tools across the cloud stack Collaborate with internal development and QA teams to help ensure end-to-end quality Write and maintain infrastructure documentation Troubleshoot issues along the CI/CD pipeline Work in an Agile development environment Lead and mentor junior engineers and provide oversite and guidance Qualifications REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and five (5)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree Hands-on experience in installing, configuring, operating, and monitoring CI/CD pipeline tools Experience in excerpting metrics and results from CI/CD security tools Knowledge in installing, configuring, operating, and monitoring software security pipeline tools Strong knowledge in cloud computing platforms to include containerization (Kubernetes or Docker clusters) Experience setting up, performing and translating system issues into tests and completing test incident reports REQUIRED CLEARANCE: Must have a current Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret and higher Must be a current US Citizen Target salary range: $125,001 - $150,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors. SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.
