Development Process Engineer

• Responsible for the design, install, commission, validation, and start-up of manufacturing process systems for ingredient preparation, liquid processing, CIP, spray drying, dry blending, powder handling, retort processing, and aseptic processing with in Client Nutrition.
• Ensures compliance of process parameter and operational condition with USDA and FDA regulations.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year experience, applying engineering knowledge in Food or Pharma environment.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Preferably Chemical or Mechanical engineering.
• Familiarity with plant control software, including PLC / HMI and SCADA systems.
• Familiarity with liquid aseptic processing/filling in the food industry.
• Experience with powder processing and wet mixing in the food industry.
• Experience with engineering project management.
• Has a technical background in health care, nutritional products, or similar industries (preferred).
• Manager will consider a Manufacturing Engineer, Validation Engineer, or Electrical Engineer, but must have required experience in Food or Pharma.
• Manager Would Like To See Someone With An Aseptic Background.
