Development Manager

Duties: Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to the team's technical development. Run developer meetings and other team activities to facilitate knowledge sharing and team technical development. Delegate responsibilities to team members as needed and hold them accountable for their work. Propose, lead, and implement scalable, sustainable, cost-effective solutions meeting internal and external customer objectives. Provide architectural expertise, direction, and assistance to analysts and software developers and effectively resolve production problems in a timely manner. Supervises subordinate employees software engineers . Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field; plus 2 years of Software Developer or related experience. Also requires experience with all of the following: 1) Management of software developer teams; 2) Management of team member performance and salary expectations; 3) Software development; 4) Agile development; 5) C , ASP.NET, and SQL Server; 6) Cloud-based environments, including AWS; 7) Web development, 8) Angular, React, or another JavaScript front-end framework; 9) Application analysis, application architecture, and development.; 10) Mobile, backend, and database concepts. 40 hours/week, $143,811 - $148,811 per year.
