Seeking an experience desktop support professional capable of responding to customer service requests. Must be able to interact with clients, project a professional image during desktop visits, as well as when working remotely. Candidates should have excellent follow through, customer service skills, strong work ethic; results oriented and are able to work independently and within a team environment. Manage customer services requests to facilitate timely and efficient desktop service. Coordinate repair times with the customers. Identify trends in Windows PC baseline. Resolve and propose corrective action for enterprise implementation. Participate in direct face-to-face coordination with the customer as required. Provide Level 2 & 3 problem resolution for all desktop issues related to System Administrator in a Microsoft Windows environment
Must have experience working and troubleshooting Microsoft operating systems and products (WINXP, Vista, Office products). Understands, adheres to, and implements overall security and configuration policies. Experience with virtual boxes or a virtual environment and a start to finish process approach highly desired.
