Primary Role
- Responsible for assisting senior ITS personnel with ensuring that all hardware platforms, operating systems, utilities, and related tools and devices are available to end users.
- Assists with analyzing and evaluating system malfunctions and takes appropriate action to correct systems as directed.
- Escalates malfunctions to level 2 or level III support when necessary, documents problems and resolutions.
- Maintain asset inventory. Deploy lifecycle replacements for computers, network equipment, and copiers.
- Assist with network and conference room upgrades.
Required Skills
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills, and Strong Customer Service Skills.
- Demonstrates analytical, problem-solving, planning, and risk management skills.
- Windows 11 deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Office 365 Teams and VoIP experience preferred along with other Microsoft Office products.
- Knowledge of wide and local area networks, and associated hardware.

- CompTIA A +
