- Should have 7+ Years of Experience in Help Desk/Desktop Support.
- Provide comprehensive technical support for various technologies used within CLIENT s Information Technology Services.
- Install, configure, and maintain campus-specific software and services across user and server hardware, software, and SaaS environments.
- Stay updated on current computer technology trends to inform policy development and improvements within the college's IT framework.
- Manage complex tasks such as design, image creation, upgrades, and troubleshooting of computer systems and labs.
- Coordinate and execute installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of desktop and laptop computers.
- Assist students and faculty in labs, providing guidance on equipment usage and software functionalities.
- Develop and maintain desktop documentation to ensure comprehensive records of lab configurations.
