Overview of Desktop Support Technician duties: - Provide technical assistance to users
- Troubleshoot and support issues related to computer systems, software, and regularly monitor the internal help desk system for pending tickets
- Ask questions to determine nature of problem and help walk customer through problem-solving
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware
- Document all incidents and occurrences using clear, concise, and detailed notes
Requirements of the Desktop Support Technician: - IT / Help Desk Support experience
- Microsoft and Windows knowledge needed
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass a background check
