Title : Desktop Support L2 support
Location :- Omaha Nebraska (onsite)
Rate : $30/hr(Max)
- Providing technical expertise and end-user support in the areas of Mac OS, Microsoft Windows platform (Windows 10), Microsoft Office 365, off-the-shelf applications, Remote Connectivity Platform, network/local Client & Canon printers via desk side, phone support or remote support.
- Providing desktop/laptop break/fix/maintenance support.
Must haves:
- Image a Machine (laptop / Desktop)
- Knowledge of SCCM
- DNS and DHCP
- Group Policy
- VIP Support/Executive support (Must have )
- Experience in configuring the new laptop/Desktop
