Must be able to work 2nd or 3rd shift hours.
Required Skills:
At least 1 year of hands on technical support experience
Experience troubleshooting printer, tablets, desktop and mobile phones, PCs etc.
Strong organization skills and ability to update tickets in real time
Strong customer service experience and deskside manners
Detail oriented
Passion for customer service
Ability to lift 60+ lbs.
Ability to communicate effectively with staff level to C-level professionals
Experience responding to tickets both remotely and desk side
Experience installing hardware and software
Desired Skills:
MAC OS or Android troubleshooting is strongly desired
Experience with Cherwell ticketing system is a plus
Self-starter and strong aptitude to learn
Creates an enjoyable, professional experience with all team members
Experience working in a hospital setting
