Our client in the Ashtabula, Ohio area is looking for a Desktop Support Analyst. This is a 6+ month contract position.
This role will be onsite 4 days a week in Ashtabula and 1 day a week in Mayfield Hts.
The focus for this role:
- End User IT support
- Troubleshooting printers and copiers
- Troubleshooting Windows 365, MS Office products
- Knowledge of laptops and desktops, labeling software, printers, etc.
- Basic understanding of IT networking
- Hardware support
- Must have excellent customer service skills
Here are a few key points that we would like the contractor to have experience with:
- RF scan guns
- Configuring and basic troubleshooting of physical label printers
- Labeling software
