Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing all stages of project design from concept to completion.
2. Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure design feasibility and adherence to project specifications.
3. Reviewing and approving project designs and design changes.
4. Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
5. Ensuring all design work complies with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
6. Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to design plans and safety protocols.
7. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and excellent customer service.
8. Collaborating with the project team to troubleshoot design problems and challenges.
9. Providing regular project updates to stakeholders, including clients, management, and team members.
10. Continuously improving project management processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on design.
3. Proficiency in Construction Documents and other design software.
4. Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
5. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage client relationships and work effectively with diverse teams.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying and resolving design issues.
8. Ability to travel to construction sites as needed.
9. Professional certifications in project management or construction design (e.g., PMP, CPM) are a plus.
10. A portfolio of completed design projects demonstrating your skills and expertise.
