Design and Architectural Support

Shearwater, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Design and Architectural Support to join our team in Laguna Niguel, CA. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist the Government in the enforcement of design standards, development of facility strategies and reviews of designs for Border Patrol and Air & Marine Operations facilities during the project planning, design, and construction phases to ensure the Government standards are followed. Perform and review portfolio planning including facility assessments, alternative analysis, and cost estimates. Review design plans or work with designers to make sure the Government, state, and local regulations, codes, directives and standards are met. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree Eight (8) or more years of architectural experience and Architectural License is required.
