Job Title: Deputy Program Manager - Advanced EW Programs Job Code: 9724 Job Location: Clifton, NJ Job Description: The Program Manager will direct all phases of programs from inception through completion. This role drives program execution in order to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new, continuing, or current programs. Responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Participate in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans, performance Statement of Work (SOW) and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. The Deputy PM will assist the Lead PM with all above items. Essential Functions:
• This position will be responsible for assisting a Senior Program Manager with managing and directing all phases of program activity from inception through completion in accordance with L3Harris processes and procedures

• Assist with managing the highly strategic and complex development Program ($80M)

• This position assists with directing all phases of programs from inception through completion

• Assist with managing the cost, schedule, and technical performance of advanced programs

• Monitor all program activities to ensure compliance with product specifications, performance requirements, schedules, and cost commitments

• Manage programs through the integration of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) processes and procedures

• Identify existing or potential program risks and obtain solutions such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications

• Assist with ensuring all required resources such as engineering, human resources, production, computer resources and licenses, and facilities are available for the program

• Act as one of the primary customer contact for program activities and participates in program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance

• Participate in and contribute to internal cost, schedule, and technical reporting requirements

• Assist with negotiation of contract and contract changes

• Oversee the generation, quality and timeliness of all written customer deliverables and reports

• Ability to travel occaicionally ( Qualifications:
• Must Have An Active/Current Secret Clearance

• Strong Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience required

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant project, program experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience

• Strong people skills with experience leading and collaborating in a multi-disciplinary, diverse, and dynamic team Preferred Additional Skills:
• PMP certifiation or equivalent desired

• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)

• Outstanding work ethic and commitment to organizational success
