JOB PURPOSE:The Deputy Director for Night Operations (DDNO) is responsible for the management of all operations directly applicable to the primary mission of Pecos Children's Center (PCC). The DDNO will report to the Site Director on all aspects of the operations of the facility during the P.M. Shift. The DDNO may be asked to worked day shifts for periods of time to cover for Site Director and Senior Deputy Site Director as needed. The DDNO will oversee the following sections and branches during the PM shift: Security, Safety, Data, Shelter, Case Management, Mental Health, Logistics & Planning, Personnel Relations, Shelter, Programs, and will also coordinate with all vendors/partners, federal partners, and PC Management on any relevant issues during the PM shift. The Deputy Director is responsible for performing the role of Director in a relief capacity when called upon to do so.
