Scheduled Hours 40 Position Summary Position coordinates purchasing, billing and collection activities, as well as providing reimbursements, and assists with other administrative functions for the lab. Job Description Primary Duties & Responsibilities Monitors and purchases office supplies and lab equipment, facilitates price comparisons and maintains equipment inventory and asset records. Processes receiving of division purchase orders and approval of documents. Provides support for reimbursements and travel reports. Maintains division funds and accounts, assigning account numbers to orders ensuring compliance with granting agency guidelines, using Financial system, AFMS or similar systems. Prepares requisitions, check requests, petty cash reimbursements, reconciles monthly ledgers and monitors open encumbrances. Coordinates meetings, lectures, and seminars for Precision Radiotheranostics Translation Center (PRTC) and assists faculties for scheduling meeting with collaborators in the logistics - for example, advertising announcements, room set-up, catering, visitor's individual meetings with faculty, itinerary, reimbursement, check-in and flow of the day's events. Routes incoming mail, distributes correspondences and other material to faculty and staff. Provides assistance with day-to-day administration of PRTC, and staff support during vacation/illnesses. Facilitates and coordinates work order requests for keys, badges, phones, facility, IT services, computer access, janitorial service, supply ordering, stocking, and equipment repair and malfunctions. Performs other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of Workday. Excellent computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Ability to work with a large diverse lab. Working knowledge of general office equipment, computer spreadsheets, programs/systems and accounting procedure skills. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent high school certification, with some college-level accounting coursework; and two to five years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping. Grade G06-H Salary Range $17.52 - $26.27 / Hourly The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
