CDC has a full-time opportunity in-person for a General Dentist at our Rochester clinic. This position serves as an integral part of the clinical team in providing quality, caring clinical dentistry in a comfortable, culturally-sensitive environment. We are seeking providers who are passionate about our mission.

We are offering a $10k relocation bonus, a $5k sign-on bonus, as well as a $30k retention bonus.
We are eligible for multiple student loan reimbursement/forgiveness options

General Dentist Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive dental care with a focus on the health needs of the patients
Provide a patient-centered approach and culturally competent care
Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members
Conduct examinations of teeth and surrounding tissue utilizing diagnostic tools, including medical and dental histories, dental radiographs, diagnostic casts
Provide patient education in proper oral healthcare and various treatment options
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient electronic records
Maintain compliance with state, federal and clinic guidelines and protocols
Keep up with new developments within dentistry, continuing education and licensure

Rochester Clinic Hours:
Monday/Tuesday: 7:50am - 3pm
Wednesday/Thursday: 7:50am-5pm
Friday: 7:50am-2pm

General Dentist Qualifications:
Licensed with the MN Board of Dentistry
CPR/AED Certificate
Experience working with culturally diverse communities
Demonstrated expertise in dental software
Ability to quickly adapt within a fast-paced work environment
