Schedule:
4-day work week with 6 weeks of time off
No call or weekends
Financials:
$215,000 base salary
$4500 for CME
Relocation allowance and Sign-On
$100,000 for student loan repayment or site qualifies for NHSC Scholars and Loan Repayors
4% contribution to 401K, medical, dental, life
Practice details:
5 Chairs in new site
2 assistants per dentist
1 Hour appointment blocks and all EFDA assistants
