Dental Hygienist

The Kids Dentist in Mequon, WI is looking for a super fun and energetic Dental Hygienist to join our amazing team.

Duties:
Perform dental hygiene procedures, including teeth cleaning, scaling and polishing
take and develop dental x-rays
Conduct oral cancer screenings
Apply fluoride treatments and sealants
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized oral care instructions
Assist the dentist during procedures and maintain a sterile environment
Update patient records and maintain accurate documentation of treatment performed
Use dental software systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or Epic to manage patient information and appointments

Qualifications:
Valid state dental hygiene license
Associates degree in Dental Hygiene
Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix or Epic
Knowledge of medical coding for dental procedures
Excellent communication skills and ability to educate patients on oral health
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Salary: $40-42 per hour
