Overview Bryn Mawr Dental Associates is hiring a Dental Hygienist for our office located in Bryn Mawr, PA 19010. This is a full-time position working M-Th. Previous experience is always a plus, but we also encourage new hygiene grads to apply as well. Must have an active Pennsylvania Hygiene license, (new hygiene grads must be applying for license soon). Responsibilities Through the delivery of periodontal therapies and other hygiene-related services, Dental Hygienists are committed to improving the oral health of patients. Candidates must be enthusiastic about their dental work, and willing to provide the highest level of care at all times The Dental Hygienist delivers oral hygiene treatment and education in compliance with state regulations, ensuring high-quality care with minimal supervision. Patient screening, medical history and dental charting. Application of fluoride and protective sealants. Removal of calculus, stain and plaque from above and below the gum line. Provides nutritional counseling, and self-care programs to prevent disease.
