We are seeking a CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) to join our growing team for our practice. If you are patient centered, enjoy working with kids and families, used to a fast paced, high-volume but fun working environment, we want you to be part of our team.

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide superior customer service to all incoming callers to ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Receive and respond to incoming calls from members, member advocates, providers, health plan representatives, etc. Identify and resolve issues
  • Provide assistance with inquiries such as eligibility, authorizations status, patient profile changes, appeals and grievance intake, and various other inquiries
  • Assist callers in connecting with other internal departments or external parties as necessary
  • Collect, verify, and update member demographic information in systems
  • Make outbound calls for follow-up purposes when needed
  • Set reasonable follow-up expectations with callers and meet or exceed those commitments
  • CSR's are expected resolve and/or escalate inquiries/requests and document each call interaction in a clear, concise, professional and timely manner.

Other qualifications

  • 1 year call center experience preferred
  • Knowledge in working with Dental Software such as Eaglesoft and Opera DDS is preferred
  • Strong computer skills
  • Fluent in English with proficiency in Spanish or other languages being a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of insurance verification and strong schedule management required
  • Weave and Revenue Well text messaging
  • Must be willing to work one Saturday a month
